that I would do anything I had to to keep my family alive. When you were asked if the war on Iraq

I would like to make an "out of the box" suggestion. For the individuals who are displaced and moving to the
Astro Dome, maybe someone should consider relocating those individuals who are open to the idea to other cities.
I fear that many of the individuals moving to the Astro Dome will take this as another welfare program and will
not seek jobs later.
I would also like to suggest that the government possibly hire some of the displaced people to help rebuild
New Orleans - a program similar to the Tennessee Valley Authority project and hoover dam.
