Engineers, Teachers, housekeeper, Nannys, Clerks and etc. They can be trained for one month and they will be ready to serve
with US soldiers. They will only work for money and they will not ask for anything. Just to earn money and then go back
to the Philippines after say 1-yr. contract or less. I am sure it will be less expensive and will save lives for US soldiers.
My idea is not to talk it over with the Philippine government and Military officials. It is a private-type venture for profit
and nothing to do with the politicians of each country where volunteers will come from. Why not give it a try? I can help. I
